You’ll Need:

2 Tablespoons olive oil 

4 tablespoons margarine 

4-5 expansive garlic cloves, minced (or 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic) 

1/4 pounds (600 grams) expansive shrimp prawns, shelled with tails on or off 

Salt and crisp ground dark pepper to taste 

1/4 glass dry white wine or juices 

1/2 teaspoon squashed red pepper drops or to taste (discretionary) 

2 tablespoons lemon juice 

1/4 glass slashed parsley 

How to Make:



  1. Warmth olive oil and 2 tablespoons of margarine in an expansive dish or skillet. Include garlic and sauté until fragrant (around 30 seconds - 1 minute). At that point include the shrimp, season with salt and pepper to taste and sauté for 1-2 minutes on one side (until simply starting to turn pink), at that point flip. 
  2. Pour in wine (or soup), include red pepper pieces (if utilizing). Convey to a stew for 1-2 minutes or until wine diminishes by about half and the shrimp is cooked through (don't over cook your shrimp). 
  3. Mix in the rest of the spread, lemon juice and parsley and take off warmth promptly. 
  4. Serve over rice, pasta, garlic bread or steamed vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini noodles)
