1 pound (500g) shrimp, no tail, stripped and deveined

Avocado Plate of mixed greens: 

Cooked shrimp (see above) 

1 avocado, cubed 

1 container grape (or cherry) tomatoes, divided 

Juice of a large portion of a lemon (around 1-2 tablespoons) 

Salt to season
