  • 1 hand crafted quiche covering (shortcrust baked good) 
  • 2 sheets solidified shortcrust cake 
  • 1 x 9" refrigerated pie hull , fitted in a 9" pie dish or tart tin 
  • 1 instant pie shell (23cm/9", ice chest or solidified) 
QUICHE FILLING: 
  • 15g/1 tbsp spread , unsalted 
  • 1 leek , white part just split and finely cut 
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced 
  • 8 - 10 asparagus lances 
  • 5 eggs (~55 - 60g/2oz each) 
  • 1/2 mugs (375ml) cream , full fat 
  • 1/4 tsp salt + squeeze pepper 
  • 2 tbsp crisp dill , generally hacked 
  • 200g/7 oz smoked salmon , cut into 4cm/1.7" pieces (Note 5) 
  • 3/4 glass (75g) gruyere cheddar , ground (Note 6)

  1. Natively constructed quiche hull or solidified shortcrust baked good - get ready and heat the outside layer per Quiche Covering formula.
