You’ll Need:

Muffin Player Fixings: 

1/2 glass margarine, mollified 

1 glass white sugar 

2 eggs, room temperature 

1/2 glass milk, room temperature 

2 Tablespoons lemon juice 

2 Teaspoons ground lemon pizzazz 

2 glasses universally handy flour 

2 Teaspoons heating powder 

Dash of salt 

2 glasses crisp or solidified blueberries, whenever solidified, don't defrost 

Lemon Coating Fixings: 

3/4 glass confectioners sugar 

1 Tablespoon lemon juice 

1/2 Teaspoon margarine, softened 

1/4 Teaspoon vanilla concentrate

How to Make:

Preheat broiler to 350 degrees. Line biscuit tin with paper liners 

Spot the margarine and sugar in an extensive bowl, beat with an electric blender until light and soft. Include the eggs each one in turn, beating great after every expansion. Beat in the milk, lemon juice and lemon pizzazz. 

Consolidate the flour, heating powder and salt in a medium bowl, blend or speed to join. With the blender on low, add the flour blend to the egg blend, beating just until fixings are simply consolidated.
