You’ll Need:

2 15 oz cans dark beans, depleted and flushed 

1/2 cups Garden Crisp Gourmet Eatery Style Medium Salsa (in addition to additional for serving) 

1/2 tsp salt 

8 corn tortillas 

8 eggs, browned over medium 

cilantro 

avocado 

scallions 

cotija cheddar 

hot sauce

How to Make:


  1. In a medium measured skillet include dark beans, salsa and salt. Blend and convey to a stew. Keep on cooking until the greater part of the fluid has ingested, around 5-7 minutes.
